Worst service and customer support ever. No service or support. Often times went un-answered. Long wait times. Nothing proactive about this service. Often times support staff would just end the call or chat. Missed deadline and had to cancel flights. Communication is horrible.

This company is a waste of time. Fed Ex should not have them on their website. It is bogus and a waste of time and money. The US Post Office clerk told me I got scammed. I was not even given the correct paperwork when I printed my documents at Fed Ex. Book an appointment through the US Postal Service if you need a passport. It will save you time and stress.

Trash. Will have to fight to get a refund. Absolute waste of money. Go to the state department website or in person for passports, don't use this shady business who has no customer service

Processed the renewal 4/6/23 thru USPS. I bought my ticket on 4/4/23 to travel 5/28/23 to Amsterdam, before I found out my passport had expired. Renewal was sent to National Passport Processing Center, PO Box 90155, Phil,PA 19190-0155

Total Scam!!! Worst experience ever. Had to cancel my trip and lost THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. No way to get ahold of anyone and did not provide refund!!! do not use

They never answer the phone and are hopeless to deal with I have been ringing them continuously for 10 hours they told me documents that I sent were missing

My son paid for the 10 week service and submitted all the documents required back in January 2023 for a passport renewal. Those14 weeks went by and no response. I finally called at least 3 times to get a update and I was informed that his signature was not in blue or black. He has wasted 14 weeks, and I paid for the 2 week processing for over $500.00 and its been with them for 3 business and I think some of his information is in 2 locations and they can't even give me a update if the application has green light. Try to speak with a supervisor and you cant you have to wait 24 hours for them to get back to you. I spoke to a answering service and he said someone will call you and they did not. Plus every time you call expect to be on the phone almost 45 minutes. The communication is poor at best. Eddie Costa

This company is absolute trash, I promise you this service will not be any help to you no matter what your situation is. Help center is essentially non existent. No live chat, no one answers the phone or calls you back. They are only here to rail you out of hundreds of dollars.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Do not believe the reviews you see. I spoke with four different people in one day, and all of them gave me different dates that my passport would arrive, and each date was outside of the dates I paid for. Do not waste your money, and you will miss your trip using this company. And to top it off, if you all do not believe me, ask yourself when was the last time you requested a manager, and they told you that you would have to wait 24-48 HOURS to get a manager to speak with you LOL. This company is crazy.

WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE.....PAID OVER $700 FOR THIS COMPANY TO SPEED UP THE PASSPORT PROCESS. (1-2 WEEKS) THIS WAS THE FASTEST PROCESS AVAILABLE BUT ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY . TERRIBLE AND THE BIGGEST SCAM! THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS. NOW I HAD TO MAKE AN APPT WITH THE PASSPORT AGENCY AND RE-PAY THE PASSPORT FEES ETC

I can't say enough about how poor Rush My Passport was a service. They told me that my initial order was organized incorrectly (even though FedEx did it for me), then they suggested I expedited my passport for a quick return. They processed an extra $516 on my credit card, told me to get a new money order, and then as soon as we were finishing, they told me they need me to get THIRD and NEW money order for a different amount. Needless to say I cancelled my service. They had absolutely no idea how to run their business nor interacting with customers. They don't care at all for the money their customers have paid to use their service and even lie about estimated passport return. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

HORRIBLE - don't do it! NEVER received my passport until after my trip date. Nobody returned my calls or emails. Now I'm trying to get a refund and FedEx will not take responsibility. Total nightmare - DO NOT USE!

WORST EXPERIENCE

I have called in every week to get an update on my passport. I submitted my passport application at the end of January. I got a notice from them mid March that I had to retake a passport photo so I ordered ANOTHER SHIPPING LABEL from them and sent it the new photo. On my end, the tracking order said that it was signed by a rep in their Florida office. Since then, I have not received an update. Every Passport Advisor I call tells me something different. When I called 3 weeks ago, some guy said it was with the state. Today I called, a rep Tatiana from the Dallas office said it was returned to my old address I am no longer at. What I want to know is where are my docs, where is my expired passport, what is the status of my order? I paid for expedited services and ANOTHER expedited shipping label and now I don't even know where any of my docs are, and what I should be expecting. I have an upcoming trip - I just want some insight or clarity. STAY AWAY

We placed an order for a 7-9 week rush for my newly 18 year old daughter to get a passport before we go to Mexico. I paid almost $200.00 and the only thing the service did was fill out the application and then direct us to an "acceptance agent", which was located...wait for it...at the passport office in the USPS. We couldn't get a timely appointment there, so I looked up their other "acceptance agent" locations, all were post offices needing an appointment, and one taking walk-ins at a library. We went to the library and were informed that they have no affiliation with Rush My Passport, that they are government officials and the only expediting that could be done is the regular expedited service through the government and basically told us we had been ripped off. I can't get anyone to answer the phone at Rush My Passport to request a refund, and will be doing so as soon as I can log on. We wasted a week and $200 for absolutely nothing.

Absolutely useless. It took weeks to get a passport appointment at my local location (which Rush My Passport could do nothing about but which I found out about AFTER I had paid) and once there I was also told by the USPS that the money I spent would do nothing to actually expedite anything in getting the application processed. Basically I paid almost $200 to get a printed application - which I could have done for free anyway. They aren't even tracking correctly since I just got the email today saying my documents areshipping and I got them last week (After taking months anyway) SCAM! SHAME ON FED EX for having this on their website as an option.
